Pressure Gauge Option consists of liquid-filled pressure gauges with 1⁄4” CK2 Bronze Isolation Valves on main valve inlet and outlet. Gauges are waterproof, shock resistant, and fully enclosed with Stainless Steel case and Bronze wetted parts.

All gauges have dual scale (PSI/BAR) and 1.5% F.S. accuracy with 1/4″ NPT bottom connection. 2 1⁄2″ Diameter Dial supplied with 6″ and smaller valves. 4″ Diameter Dial supplied with 8″ and larger valves.

Pressure Reducing Valve

Pressure Reducing Valve is mainly used in a hose reel system to reduce the pressure at the inlet of the hose reel to the nominal working pressure.

Sprinkler Wrench

Sprinkler wrench are special installation tools specifically designed for use with the sprinklers and spray
nozzles. The appropriate wrenches must be used with the specific sprinklers and nozzles to provide the proper leverage when tightening sprinklers or nozzles and to minimize slippage during installation.

Using wrenches other than the ones designated for installation may damage the sprinkler. The sprinkler wrench provide the required amount of leverage needed to tighten sprinklers and spray nozzles into pipe fittings while preventing sprinkler damage. No additional tools are necessary with these wrenches.

The unique flat head design enable the wrench to reach into all Semi-recessed, fire sprinkler heads and most concealed sprinklers.

Sprinkler Guard

Sprinkler Guard is a hard-wire cage designed to protect the installed sprinkler against any mechanical damage from external resources. They are advised to be installed in rooms where the ceiling height is low so as to encase them in the protective guard. The rugged design of the the sprinkler guard is effective in protection against high human or mechanical activity.

Sprinkler Cabinet

Sprinkler Cabinet are made for storage of additional and spare sprinkler heads, as required by NFPA and other global standards. These cabinets are available in multiple configurations. Each Sprinkler cabinet is designed in such a way, with holes made with international average size, to accommodate any common size sprinkler. The cabinet is also made with space for an sprinkler wrench. The sprinkler cabinet is commonly available in RED spray painted finish, but any other finishes are available on request. The hinged door of the cabinet keeps the sprinklers protected from external elements.

Water Spray Nozzles

We provide 2 types of Water Spray Nozzles – Medium Velocity and High Velocity. The Spray nozzles are non-automatic open type nozzles which are made for directional spray application in fixed type of fire fighting systems.

The medium velocity water spray nozzles have an external deflector, which provides a small droplet size by discharging water in directional cone shape. Hence this distributes the water uniformly on the surface that is to be protected.

Our High Velocity Water Spray Nozzles are internal swirl plate type, which produce a high velocity water spray to control the fire which is solid, uniform and dense.

We supple nozzles that are UL Listed and are available in different finishes and various K-factors depending on the requirement of the project. Our nozzles are also available in various spray angles to provide maximum coverage.

Sprinkler

Sprinklers are the most effective way to protect a property from fire, because of their quick reaction time. In homes and offices, the sprinklers are installed in ceilings or behind walls, and are placed in a network of water filled piping. Each sprinkler covers a certain area and protects against fire. It activates quickly when the temperature reaches the designated temperature, and then forcefully sprays water on the flames, and either completely extinguishes the fire or at the least controlling the spread of fire, till the fire department arrives. This reduces the risk of death or injury from any such events, as it helps in reducing the heat, flames and the smoke resulted due to the fire.

Our sprinkler are small, glass bulb spray type sprinklers which are thermo-sensitive and available in various temperature ratings. The Standard and Quick response sprinklers are decorative and attractive and are well matched to any kind of interior decoration in projects. Additionally, the sprinklers come with a Nickel-Chrome plating even after passing the standard corrosion test, which in turn increases the life of the sprinkler.

Stainers

Pressure Restricting Angle Valve

Pressure Restricting Angle Valve are use to control pressure by adjusting and managing the flow. It is used with standpipe systems like landing valve and breeching inlets and is also used with fire hoses. The pressure is adjusted for flow restriction and can be controlled up to 175 psi. Pressure Restricting Angle Valve is provided with a Locking pin mechanism which can be removed by trained professionals as and when required. This locking pin system protects the valve from unwanted openings.

Test and Drain Valve

The Inspector’s Test and Drain valve is designed to have two functions, both of as a express drain and a test function for a wet sprinkler system. It is a combined two position lever operated ball valve, sight glass and stop valve. Test and Drain is manufactured with sight glass assembly, providing a simplified means for testing water flow alarm devices and draining of feed mains.
